"I needed a bunch of blank shirts..."
I needed a bunch of blank shirts for a small fundraiser and felt a little pressured to find something affordable fast. Their wholesale pricing is what made me try them, and the price breaks were easy to understand compared to a few other sites I looked at.

The shipping wasn’t anything special, but everything showed up fine and the shirts worked for what we needed. I’d probably order again if I needed bulk tees without spending too much.

"Pretty good order, just a small delay!!"
I ordered a few shirts from theadairgroup.com, and honestly... it was a good experience overall!! The website was easy enough to figure out, and the prices seemed fair, which I appreciated!!!
My order showed up packed just fine, and the shirts were basically what I expected. One of the colors looked a tiny bit different from the photo online, but really... not a huge deal at all!!

The only downside was that shipping took a little longer than I was hoping for, so I’d probably give it 4 stars. Still, I’d order from them again!!!

"Wish the backorder info was clearer"
My order was mostly fine, but I found out after the fact that some items were backordered, which was kind of frustrating. Like, if a couple things are delayed, or shipping separately, or not coming for a few weeks, I’d rather know that before I check out instead of wondering what’s going on later. To be fair, they did respond when I reached out and asked, so it wasn’t a huge issue. I just wish the updates were more obvious upfront, like on the product page, in the cart, in the confirmation email, anywhere really. Not a bad experience overall, just a little annoying.

"Took a little while to hear back"
I ordered from The Adair Group and overall it was fine, nothing major went wrong. I did have a question about my order, though, and it took a bit longer than I expected for someone to get back to me. Maybe I’m just impatient because I was trying to get everything sorted before a busy week, and I had like three other random errands piling up too, so the waiting felt longer than it probably was. Once they did respond, they were nice and helpful enough, so no big complaint there. Just wish the reply time had been a little quicker. I’d give it 3 stars.

"Easy checkout, just wish options showed sooner"
Checkout was simple overall, and I remember feeling relieved when I saw there were a couple of payment options to choose from. That definitely helped. The only thing is I wish all the payment choices had been shown a little more clearly before the final step, because I had a brief moment of wondering what would be available. But in the end, the payment went through without any trouble.

"Refund came through faster than I expected"
I had to send back part of my order from The Adair Group because I picked the wrong size, or at least I’m sure that’s what happened. I was a little mixed up on when the refund was supposed to start processing, so I wasn’t really sure if I should be waiting a few days or a couple weeks.
I emailed them and got a response quicker than I expected. They walked me through what to do, and once the return got to them, the refund showed up not long after. I lost track of the exact timing because I kept thinking it had been longer than it actually was.
Overall, it was way easier than I thought it would be. There wasn’t any annoying back and forth, and even with me being confused about the timeline, everything got handled fast. I’d feel fine ordering from them again.

I ordered a few shirts from theadairgroup.com, and while the delivery showed up in a decent amount of time, the actual order wasn’t right. Two of the sizes were wrong, and one shirt came in a different color than what I chose. It wasn’t even a big order, so it was frustrating to have that many mistakes. Customer service did respond, but it took a few messages back and forth, and I felt like there were all these little policy loopholes and fine-print excuses that made it more annoying than it needed to be. Not the worst experience ever, but i expected the order to be more accurate.
